I don't know why this cafe doesn't have 5 stars. Some people seem to have issue with the service but I didn't have a bad experience with this. It just seemed that they had very few staff as we only saw 1 person who was doing everything. When I asked questions they gladly helped. Whilst it wasn't the most incredible Japanese customer service I didn't see any issues with it at all. Sometimes it's nice not to be over serviced and left alone, especially when Japan often has so much over the top service. I visited twice during my trip because it was so delicious. The atmosphere was so calming and cute, especially when it was snowing outside. Their french toast is to die for and don't skip on the fries with anchovy butter. Their chicken namban was very tasty too. Their kiwi cocktail was very good too. I wish they had it in Austrlaia. If I lived in Fukuoka I'd visit regularly.
